CareersMeet the Leadership Team
Joy is a seasoned technology and investment professional, formerly an equities and derivatives trader turned entrepreneur. With expertise across capital markets, private equity, and software, he combines strategic vision with deep industry insights to lead transformative initiatives.
Rob brings deep industry insights, with expertise across retail and corporate banking, including product management, risk management, fund finance and mortgage lending. His roles required cross-functional collaboration between product, credit risk, and legal teams.
Diego brings a wealth of Product expertise in tech startups: he was Head of Product at Curve, where he scaled the team and led major product growth, and was the sole Product Manager at construction SaaS startup BaseStone. He also founded a blockchain-focused product studio and holds two utility patents.
